Regional Tournament Prep Sessions

Get some extra training for the September 26 Regional Tournament in Santa Rosa! All Sessions will be held at EMA Rocklin (6671 Blue Oaks Blvd Ste 3A, Rocklin, CA 95765)
Forms and Sparring. Tournament registration for both of these events are tied together! So you might as well compete in both!! We will be covering Forms (In Wha 2 and Songahm 5) making sure it's fully memorized and competition ready and Traditional Sparring Tournament Strategies (judges call break and that does change the rhythm of the match!)

Weapons (Traditional and Combat Weapons). We will be reviewing the Color Belt Single Ssahng Jeol Bahng Form, Jahng Bong (Staff) Form and Sword Form! Plus Combat Weapon Strategies such as closing the distance and faking.
